Leading Pro-Gun Group Sues DOJ, ATF & FBI Over Medical Marijuana Gun Ban

The Second Amendment Foundation and a District Attorney in Pennsylvania have filed a federal lawsuit against Attorney General Merrick Garland, the heads of the FBI and ATF, and the U.S. Government, challenging the federal prohibition on gun ownership by medical marijuana users.

      Yep! That's why I've never ventured into Illinois' dispenseries... Potential FOID card backlash.

    'medical' of course. I remember the days here in Colorado where 50 bucks to some street corner 'doctor' would give you your prescription.
    Be careful. When you allow drug addicts to own guns, some could use those guns on themselves, adding to the democrats' favorite counter: 'gun deaths', blaming responsible people.

      Hey Vendenbergh; did you know some people have such adverse reactions to opiates, and even NSAIDS, that there is no other real choice unless you want to endure chronic pain?
      Maybe do a little research for your snap opinions.
