Making sure he's out one way or another

A tenant and father who had fought and won his appeal of an eviction notice was shot and killed by the landlord’s boyfriend at a Texas apartment complex, police said.

    Sounds like there's a lot going on there. If the tenant had a weapon too, who knows.

    I can understand the frustration of trying to evict someone though. I know in Pennsylvania, the landlords get the short stick.
