The conservative Committee to Unleash Prosperity, in a survey that sought to measure the beliefs of “elites,” stated the findings reveal climate change “is clearly an obsession of the very rich and highly educated.”
“An astonishing 77% of the Elites – including nearly 90% of the Elites who graduated from the top universities – favor rationing of energy, gas, and meat to combat climate change. Among all Americans, 63% oppose this policy,” the organization reported.
The Elites think only the peons will have to ration.
ReplyDeleteBingo.
DeleteI bet not a one of them would be willing to participate in a study to see how well they would fair having their food and utilities rationed.

ReplyDeleteHell, anyone with a half a brain knows the American colleges were infested with Russian and eastern European Commie academics starting before WW-II and the flow reached a gusher after the war. Then 10 years later in the 1960s the brainwashing of the young began in earnest. Once one generation was programmed it became a perpetual motion machine. Now we're seeing the end game of the Destruction of America from within.
ReplyDeleteSame as for all their ridiculous ideas. You do it first. We will wait a number of years to see how that works out for you.
ReplyDeletei would love to have the elites take a 2 week vacation working on a collective farm in north korea. These $^^$^ snobs seem to forget the work of all the people who make their comfortable lifestyle possible. just really %&&%%#@%& snobs.

ReplyDeleteIt's all fun & games until they're pedaling to the store to buy the bug loaf and kerosene.
ReplyDeleteStarting in the late 1960s/early 1970s, a small group thought they'd for a commune and farm their own food. They were adamant that everything be done by hand, including plowing the fields.
ReplyDeleteA few short years later they bought a tractor. They gave up on the idea not much later.
We Six, I think, is the name of the book.
So often do people think of cutting cold turkey the provisions of society. They are in for a rude awakening.
Living off grid is one thing, but forsaking technology, et al, is plain stupid.
Intentionally turning away from that which past generations could only dream of having is absurdly stupid.
and then there are smartphones
