WHEATLAND, Calif. —
Thursday morning Yuba County held a unique sentencing inside Wheatland High School’s gymnasium for a deadly DUI hit and run.
24-year-old Clara DeLong was sentenced to four years in state prison while sitting in front of a crowd of hundreds of high school students.
