That you only serve two years for being drunk, killing someone, and then fleeing the scene?
The intent is good, but 17-year-olds have short memories, are prone to exhibiting zero common sense with or without their few brain cells numbed with liquor or drugs and think bad things will never happen to them.
As a former 17-year-old, I fully concur, bogs.
That a mans life is worth four years in prison. Two if you are a female.
