Well, it will probably make it to the shop without that flap ripping the inner fender and everything behind it to shreds. I've done worse. I once used a bottle jack to shove a lower control arm back into place and put a chain and padlock on it along with a dozen big rubber bungee cords. I made it out of the woods and all the way home. I was a little nervous taking it all off before fixing it though.
