I see nothing here that warrants humor. Dude on scaffod likely injured severly or dead. Improper rigging, standing underneath hoisted load, improper scaffolding (shoring would be proper) and forklift misuse. I would fire the foreman on the spot. Hopefully before that happened. There is no excuse for that. Last job I was on had those kind of shenanigans all the time. You had to be on your toes at all times, the general did not care one whit.
