A Florida therapist who specializes in anger management has been charged with murder for allegedly shooting a man to death as part of an ongoing dispute and then stuffing his body in his car.
In my mid-twenties I majored in psych. First day the prof asked each student why psych? All of them said, I wanna help people, I have a sister or brother mentally ill. She got to me and I said, because I think I'm crazy. Afterwards the prof said, there is only one honest person in the room and pointed a me. As said, I was older so all the youngins disliked me after that. Not to go on but I had been in engineering. I got mad at an instructor and threatened to throw him outta window, long story there. Anyway, I quit and was walking down the hall, done with college. Fuck it I was going back to construction where I belonged. I saw a sign that said Mental Health. I thought, I could use a bucket a that. So went in. A few years later walked out with a degree. Over the years I probably met more crazy staff then I did clients.
I had an interest in Pysch. Not to help people but to find out what made the like that. So I took a lot of Pysch classes.
That I did very well, my professors cottoned to me and introduced me to the inner workings of the field. Already I had noted their common characteristic of cray cray. But hey, props for wanting to know why they're crazy.
But the more i got into it, the more I realized that I had no idea of how crazy they are. Unstable is an understatement.
What first appeared as their desire to understand now was revealed as morbid fascination in exploring the depths of depravity.
Bright Eyes - I worked at a mental not-prison-because-insanity and my coworkers were more crazy than the residents, well, except for a few residents, who were equally as crazy as the coworkers. Was so glad to leave that job.
Pride of the left....
