#2 happened to me when we had 60 mph winds in November in upstate New York. Winds snapped a huge branch from a maple tree, tossed it 150 feet across the yard into the garage door. All while my wife and I watched it from the dining room window..Wild.
9. worrisome that an installer would think drywall anchors would work for that application. or did it any way. but not out of the ordinary. some manufacturers recommend it and i've seen mirror mounting kits for huge mirrors with drywall anchors in them. even glass shower door kits
