CHICAGO — A 35-year-old man with no criminal history allegedly shot another man in a rent dispute, then remarked, “Look what you made me do!”
Cornelius Gary and the 61-year-old victim, who lived in the same building in the 300 block of West Marquette, got into a heated argument about rent payments around 9:49 p.m. on January 27, prosecutors said.
