Demetrice Spencer, 45, pleaded guilty to aggravated cruelty to animals today before Judge Aleksandra Gillespie. She ordered him to obtain a GED during the 24-month probation term. He must also submit DNA for indexing and comply with other conditions.
Oh sure, getting a GED will solve this problem. Shitcongo, it's the other Africa.

ReplyDeleteSay no mo'.
I dindu nuffin...
ReplyDeleteJust kill him.
ReplyDeleteThat's fucked up.
ReplyDeleteSentence him with education (GED)?
ReplyDeleteThat'll teach him.
Asshole deserves it.
hahahah! "asshole deserves it" in an article about two rump-wrangling sodomites! They should have checked the poor dog's remains for Monkey Pox (if you are intersted, I am not explaining it here, just google it). God's wrath upon Sodom and Gomorrah happened for a reason. A GED will not fix that disgusting criminal. I bet the guy uses the picture menu at the local Mickey D's.
DeleteProbation.....with the caveat if he even blinks out of beat or farts on a bus he will be bastinadoed, castrated, disemboweled and impaled on a napalm drenched red hot bronze spike.
ReplyDeleteVlad Tepas had the right idea

> He must also submit DNA for indexing
ReplyDeleteHold up. Everyone's just going to ignore that shit?
Where have you been? Submitting DNA after being arrested for a felony has been a law in many states for a while now.
Delete...and you statists had to allow it. Why in the fuck do they need his DNA? Do they think he raped someone? Murdered someone? I mean...he's a shitbag of a human being for doing that to a dog, but do they have a bunch of backlogged rapekits from dogs that they want to check his DNA against?
DeleteStop allowing government to gather insane amounts of data on people just because you don't like what they did. I'm sure you think it's a great idea to DNA-test people who hurt dogs under the guise of it being a "felony"...but just wait until misgendering someone is a felony. Then wait until we finish our journey and simply disagreeing with the government is a felony and then they use the DNA to track down your family members who are also obviously dissidents because they are related to you.
That's a nice little rant but you failed to explain how we allowed it to happen and what could've done to prevent it. Do you think everybody just got together and petitioned our lawmakers to enact it? If you do, you're a special kind of stupid.
DeleteBut please, if you ever do get arrested in a state where this is law, please be sure to let us know how you resisted it and what the consequences were.
God, how I hate keyboard warriors.
Heh. It got enacted because useful idiots like yourself kept voting instead of hanging tyrants.
DeleteAnd how many tyrants have you hanged? None? Thank you for reinforcing my view that you're nothing but a keyboard warrior, furiously pounding out your ideas of what OTHERS need to do while you sit in Mommy's basement.
DeleteThere's a small subset of people out there who love nothing more than to chortle "Yeah, but what have *you* done?" while feeling smugly superior for doing exactly nothing.
DeleteHere's a small highlight reel of what I've done:
* I've won 8 court cases against the state and lost 1.
* I've purchased, manufactured and helped facilitate the purchase and manufacturer of innumerable items the government thinks they have the right to "disallow", and no, they weren't drugs.
* I've starved the beast out of ~$175k in taxes over the last 3 years.
* I've nullified two cases as a juror where no rights were violated and no property was damaged and the state was the plaintiff.
* I taught two of my fellow countrymen how I do what I do, and they are now doing work on their own
* I was on the ground with a group of ~15 other individuals when the State showed up to close several business during COVID and we told law enforcement to take a hike while very obviously fully armed while a friend of mine and another guy covered the group from a nearby hilltop.
* I designed, built, and deployed a secure communication network that's used by a few hundred people daily.
So let's hear your list of accomplishments to stop tyrannical government while placing yourself at risk of dying, spending decades in prison, and/or being financially ruined.

Dog-killers turn into people killers, its a damn fact. Make him wear a sign saying " if you kill me it's self defense". Because he IS going to graduate to hurting humans.
ReplyDeleteThis is a sad fact. Hurting dogs and cats, domestic animals is correlated. No, I am not talking about hunting here.
DeleteDude should be glad I didn't see it happen.
ReplyDeleteDoubt a heterosexual man doing that to his girlfriend's dog would get such a deal. More gay privilege.
ReplyDeleteAn eye for an eye. Slam him against the wall and drop him on the tracks till dead.
ReplyDeleteAlthough I find no humor in what happened to the dog, considering the nature of the two men iinvolved the venue seems appropriate.
