"Finley could also face DUI and open container charges"

MARION COUNTY, Tenn. — It didn't end the way Jacob Seth Finley had planned.

At the end of a 2-county chase that police say proved he 'clearly didn't care about anyone else,' including a terrified woman in his passenger seat who pleaded with him to stop, the recent parolee leapt out of his disabled car with a red kitchen knife in his hand, later telling police he "intended for them to kill him."

  1. I hope he realizes that those additional charges are going on his permanent record. Break out the stern finger-wagging. The STERN one, I say!
