DOGPILE!!!

FOLSOM, Calif. — A man incarcerated in Folsom died after being pinned to the ground by officers on Friday, the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation said.

    This is not what many people will like but those officers need to be punished. They were not lawfully there as executioners.
