Go large or go home

A 13-year-old is facing several charges after crashing a Lamborghini on a West Vancouver highway, local police say.

The West Vancouver Police Department said officers were called about a single-vehicle collision on the Trans-Canada Highway at about 11 p.m. last Monday. Nobody was in the Lamborghini Huracan – which was abandoned in a ditch – when police arrived.

  1. 13 year old, charged with driving without "due care"... I don't think he had drivers Ed yet to learn "due care"...

  2. Assuming the vehicle has a stick transmission, I'd say a 13 year old being able to drive it is impressive

  4. 13-year-old who didn't steal or Jack the Lamborghini must be the son of a Saudi prince. If he did steal it the son of a Nigerian dope dealer.

    1. You'd be surprised with the number of insanely rich asians and sikhs in vancouver. They often assume laws don't apply to them.

  6. You might be cool, but you'll never be as cool as a 13 year old who ran from the po-lice in a Huracan. Then again , he might have peaked a bit early. I mean, what can he do now to top it? If he lives long enough, a imagine the stories he'll have for his grandkids.

    1. Sorry, I guess he actually crashed without the cops chasing him. Still a pretty good story for his golden years.
