"It was my ex best friend"

Deputies in Texas arrested an 18-year-old man after the murder victim identified him as the suspect in a “dying declaration,” authorities say.

The Bexar County Sheriff’s Office in the San Antonio area responded to a shooting call around 1 a.m. Saturday in the 2000 block of S Loop 1604 East. When deputies arrived the found the victim suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. The victim told deputies who shot him, said Sheriff Javier Salazar.

  1. Not a fan of "dying declarations". Without corroborating evidence it's too easy to use it as a means to lock up someone out of spite.

  3. I want to know how they can show a picture of the murder weapon when they haven't found the murder weapon. Does the Draco make a specific wound that no other weapon makes? If so, I'm not getting one of those. Eod1sg Ret

  4. Typical south side behavior.
No wonder SA is growing fast on the West & North side; East where it's black & South where it's brown, not so much.
