I got a phone call on Apr 2 at about 6:00 pm saying that the phone company was going to be doing maintenance on Apr 3 and that we might see periodic outages, some lasting as long as 30 minutes. I noticed a couple of short outages, about 5 minutes or so each during the day. Maybe they were working in your area as well. If I recall correctly, they said that the maintenance period was from 6 in the morning to 7 in the evening, but I may have that part wrong.
No internet isn't something like and the same goes for the phone
