The Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office has arrested a man and charged him with misuse of a 911 communication system. Officials say he called 911 multiple times to threaten the sheriff and other staff members.
"According to court documents, Michael A. Minnucci began making several calls to dispatch via 9/11 on March 26." So on 3/26 he called via September eleventh? Huh...
