That's a portable gas stove/grill (it's a common Korean thing to use those on the floor in the living room at mealtime as everyone sits around it and pulls meat pieces off as they're done) and it likely had some sort of leak, hence the explosion.
Propane leak. Propane is heavier than air and would accumulate on the floor until it builds to the level of a pilot light. So, do Koreans not put Odorant in their propane like we do?

#1: looks like he at least had a ramming bow. Maybe planning on taking on a surfaced submarine, practicing on the quay. Or maybe billionaire owner took over the wheel and throttle after too much weed.
I was admiring the mirror finish on the bow, nice touch ! In particular to video the reflection when the craft slams into an immovable object !!! BRAVO!!!!
