Middle Tennessee deputies had a bizarre arrest this week when they were called to check out a suspicious person.
On Wednesday, Stewart County Sheriff's Office says deputies responded to a routine call to find a man in a white van dressed in only 12-inch heels, black nylon stockings, knee pads and a thong displaying his private parts.
