My wife gets up before me, usually, and will feed and let the dogs out. When they come in, the one that gets crated for the night flies into the bedroom to give me "kisses". If I dont start getting up he will curl up beside me.
Small dogs can be SO cool (you can keep the Chihuahuas). I never understood why so many guys hate them. I suppose it's an image thing and the fact they've never had one...
Whoever had my little couch rat, trained her well. She's really quiet too. My sister calls her the big dog in a little dogs body. The only down side is that I keep close to her when she goes outside. I'm wary of the hawks and owls attacking from above. Could a Great Horned owl fly off with a 9lb dog?
It must be, Chow Time!

ReplyDeleteGood grief. This happens every morning with my Fox terrier. She acts like she hasn’t seen me in decades.
ReplyDeleteFilthy dogs. They didn’t need another reason to be adorable.
Was gonna guess otter, or maybe a ferret, or one of the similar, energy-in-a-sausage-casing creatures people keep.
ReplyDeleteThis guy has it easy-mine does the same thing, only he weighs around #70.
