Gun Industry Ask U.S. Supreme Court To Review Mexico’s B.S. $10 Billion Lawsuit

WASHINGTON, D.C. — Firearm industry members targeted by Mexico’s $10 billion lawsuit petitioned the U.S. Supreme Court to review the case that seeks to blame them for the harm caused by lawless narco-terrorist drug cartels in Mexico.

Mexico’s lawsuit also seeks to dictate how firearms are made and sold throughout the United States through a federal court injunction, in effect usurping the role of Congress and 50 state legislatures. The industry defendants in Estados Unidos Mexicanos v. Smith & Wesson Brands, Inc., et al., have asked the Supreme Court to consider two questions – whether the lawful production and sale of firearms in the United States is the “proximate cause” of alleged injuries to the Mexican government stemming from cartel-driven violence and if that also amounts to “aiding and abetting” illegal firearms trafficking because Mexico alleges these manufacturers know their products are unlawfully trafficked.

    1. For sure. Fast and Furious was a covert action began by U.S. Government officials, illegally shipping firearms which had been flagged as illegal sales to individuals importing them into a foreign country who was unaware of these actions. Then when uncovered, they closed the books and our President gave immunity of prosecution for his friend Eric Holder. Fast and Furious died on the vine. Mexico should begin there, These people have names and are still alive, ready to arrest and prosecute. Mexico may even have a right to take them into custody and put them in Mexican prison system to make sure they are treated for due process.

Teach them damn Gringos a lesson !

  6. Pretty sure Obama and that other douchebag, Eric Holder, that ran guns into Mexico ought to be named in the lawsuit.

  7. What will they do if the US bans the sale of weapons and spares to the Mexican government?

  8. Why not sue Mexico for failing to stem the flow of drugs and illegal aliens into the US? Also sue them for each individual injury and death at the hands of any illegal drug and or illegal immigrant that passed through the Mexico border. File each claim individually, and also as a class action lawsuit.

  10. The cartels have better armies than Mexico. The Mexican president is in place because of the cartels. BS lawsuit. Mexico had the ability to stop this 40 years ago but the political officials took the bribes and it has continued to the point the cartel's are the one's running Mexico. The only way to stop this is the utter destruction of all members of the cartels. Sort of like what Israel has to do to Hamas.

  11. Oh yeah? Well we should impose a 100% fee on the money Mexicans working in the US send to their families in Mexico, I think around 70 billion a year and then listen to them yelling about guns.
