Where bad choices make good stories
Not saying it's safe but, yeah outta work. My question is how did disconnecting those wires from the mast go prior to connecting the jumpers.
Looks like someone had their power disconnected and decided to reconnect it themselves.
This morning I put new battery clips on my diesel fuel pump. That's about the extent of my electrical ability.
That is some shoddy work everywhere you look on that dump.

First they pulled the meter- and they jumped it.Then they cut the service drop- and they jumped it again.Next time- if the transformer only that one house -they'll pull the fused cutout. THEN i want to watch when they play with primary voltage.
Feed wires and anchor insulator look well burned. Lightning strike?
