CBS Sacramento on Monday obtained information on a Sacramento County caregiver who authorities say was caught receiving oral sex from a developmentally disabled patient who is incapable of giving legal consent.
Yeah, he shouldn't have been doing it. But those developmentally disabled adults will screw anything with a hole. I worked with some of that population and any time two of them got alone, sexes didn't matter, they would start going at it like rabbits. The Downs wouldn't get violent like some of the others, but they were just as horny.
I retired from the MH field. I was also an Abuse Investigator for people with disablities. Some of the cases I investigated were very bad. It was all I could do to not beat the shit out of some of the staff. Most of the clients I worked with were wonderful folks. I say most because I also worked Forensic. NGRI, not guilty by reason of insanity. Some of those clients would hurt you now. Like rip a tv off the wall and try to slam it over your head.
