A Texas man convicted of shooting a Black Lives Matter protestor dead during the 2020 riots has received a pardon.
Daniel Perry, a US Army Sergeant, was found guilty in April 2023 of murdering protestor Garrett Foster in Austin in July 2020, and was sentenced to 25 years in prison.

If the parole board missed a unanimous decision, then how on earth was he found guilty to begin with?
ReplyDeleteAustin DA, Austin judge, Austin jury
DeleteHe should never have been charged in the first place, but Soros prosecutors are thick on the ground in Texas. What surprises me is how did they get 12 Texans that'd fall for the shit.
ReplyDeleteAustin, Tx is a blue liberal run city just like Dallas, Ft Worth, Houston and San Antonio

The austin city police reviewed the shooting and decided not to do anything. So the county decided they would charge him. The DA there is one of those where criminals have more rights than victims. Austin is far left commiefornia wannabes. They attracted the california tech companies and got commiefornia voters with it. Anyway they had a modern day lynching. I would bet the federal govt drums up some charge to make up for the pardon.
ReplyDeleteWord. And for years it has been loaded with the Pride Culture.
DeleteGood. It's a shame that Texas law only allowed him to do this after the parole board recommended it, and that it took so long
ReplyDeleteWhy did it take a friggin year?
ReplyDeleteI noticed all them bad ass protesters started spewing piss when the rounds started going off. You stick an AK in the face of an American soldier and you are supposed to get ventilated. I’d like to be able to donate a hundy to his ammo fund.
