Well, that’s weird. I love me some Animals, but the songs on the playlist weren’t the ones playing (roughly the last half of the cuts). But, some of the more obscure songs were good to hear again- thanks Ken!
Starker here, Here's the track list. It's not what is listed in the video. But they're all Animals songs. House of the rising sun Don't let me be misunderstood We've got to get out of this place It's all over now, baby blue Bring it on home It's all over now, baby blue Fire on the sun As the crow flies Please send me someone Many rivers to cross Just a little bit Riverside Country Lonely Avenue The Fool
Play I'm Mad Again. You know it's the Animals when you hear it. Gut wrenching guitar, blues man. Had a friend one time, at least I thought he was my friend. Well, he came to me, said I got no place to go. I said take it easy man, you can come to my house. I'll get you a pillow, where you can rest your head. Took him home with me, let him in my house. Let him drive may cadilac I could not afford. When I found out, he'd been messin with my baby. Ya know I'm Mad. Something like that anyway.

ReplyDeleteBest band to come out of England in the 60's.
ReplyDeleteRead the play list but haven't listened yet. One of my favorite that I do not see is, I'm Mad Again. Loved that song.

DeleteThat album is in my favorites. I like most anything Eric Burdon (See See Rider)
