A man who tried to sexually assault a woman at a park in Fort Collins, Colorado, was bit on the face by a dog, with authorities later arresting him, according to police.
Fort Collins is pretty conservative, except for the College area. That park is up on the North side of town, and is a decent place. The attacker was a "Transient from Boulder". I'm almost surprised somebody didn't drop him. LOTS of people carry here.
