Wind Energy Industry Produced Less Power in 2023, Despite Having Increased Total Generation Capacity

The wind industry produce 2.1 percent less electricity in 2023 compared to the previous year. Total wind capacity in the U.S. has tripled from 47 gigawatts in 2010 to 147.5 gigawatts by the end of 2023.

but a lot they are not. but given the fact that we get over 100 inches o0f rainfall/snow per year. why not go with hydro ? but no, we have fields of worthless solar panels and fucking windmills and if you want "green power" well, the electric bill will double or more.
and there is what 750 gallons of oil in EACH windmill ?
honest to God. small scale hydro would be a much cheaper and "greener choice"
it took me a while to get y grandson to see the light about co2 so, this will be another uphill fight. stupid assholes in schools today. dave in pa.
