A Florida man was arrested this week after a dog he adopted just days earlier was found decapitated and wrapped in a plastic bag in a park, authorities said.

The Macdonald triad refers to the idea that there are three signs that can indicate whether someone will grow up to be a serial killer or other kind of violent criminal:
being cruel or abusive to animals, especially pets setting fire to objects or otherwise committing minor acts of arson regularly wetting the bed
While I know the story is about someone who did that to a dog they adopted, my first thought from the headline is "I'd be in jail too if someone did that to one of the dogs here. (not my dogs) because I'd hurt them badly. Assuming I let them live long enough to hurt." I've read the story before, and it made me mad enough then that I don't want to read it again. Some people suck.
I'm all for tarring, extra hot, then if he survives, break him on the wheel. Something medieval. Maybe the one where he gets sealed in a wooden barrel and his head coated with honey.
I don't think fire ants require honey, just something to bite.....ziptie his elbows together behind his back, same with ankles and knees, together snugly, find a LARGE nest of fire ants, and just before dropping his miserable ass on it, kick the hell out of it. I do believe he'll die. When is another question...
