"Authorities didn’t say if she was under the influence of drugs or alcohol"
Cellphone video captured a bizarre situation that unfolded on a busy Los Angeles area freeway when a woman climbed onto the roof of an SUV and took off all of her clothing.
The video was recorded around 7:20 p.m. Wednesday by a passing motorist on the opposite side of the 405 Freeway in Northeast Torrance and shared by Citizen on X, formerly Twitter.
News Flash - Alcohol is a Drug. "Stoned" is an alcohol term (originally). Further, alcohol is a "Hard" drug - rated in #4 in the top five, just behind, Smack, Crack and Speed. Rated as THE primary driver behind violent crime, spouse and child abuse. Just as addictive; Just as harmful and destructive as any other "Hard" drugs. All verifiable fact. BTW, I like and use some drugs but would never use any "hard" drug, except booze, which I use sparingly.
