Bulletproof Bling

Police in Colorado said they’ve experienced something truly incredible after they responded to a call for a shooting. 

The Commerce City Police Department said in a Facebook post that the victim of the shooting miraculously survived thanks to a piece of jewelry.

    So many cool stories about fortuitously placed badges, bibles, jewellery, cell phones, coins etc., deflecting projectiles. This happened to the Romanov women as well but without the happy ending: all the jewellery they'd sewn into their corsets deflected the bullets, making the assassination a bit more difficult.
