I'd immediately suspect WiscoDave if he smoked dope
MADISON, Wis. (AP) — Someone’s plans to harvest dozens of apparent marijuana plants grown on the Wisconsin state Capitol grounds have gone up in smoke.
The plants sprouted in a tulip garden outside the Capitol, WMTV-TV reported Thursday.
When I was a teenager, we used to take our seeds to the local shopping center and toss them in the planters. The maintenance guy would reconize them once they sprouted their 3rd set of leaves and have a fit, cursing the whole time as he ripped them up.
I used to put seeds in planters when visiting my friends. Only heard one of them tell me his parents found a little plant and grilled him about it. He did not see it as funny as I did!
Honestly, great way to stick it to the man if you buy that mexican brick thats loaded with seeds.
