If at first you don't succeed, try try again

A Northwest Side man charged last October with shooting a 69-year-old man was detained by a judge on Friday after prosecutors accused him of shooting the same man again this week.

I have no doubt that some folks deserve to be shot twice. I don't know about this case though. Just sayin'...
