A Middle Tennessee man is facing charges after stealing nearly $50,000 from his father's bank account.
According to the Jackson County Sheriff's Department, a victim explained he visited his bank last Tuesday, suspecting he had fallen victim to a phone scam. He discovered $49,674 had been stolen from his checking account.
