A Massachusetts crossing guard was fired after allegedly hitting a woman and her child during an altercation outside of a school.
Louis Chaves is facing numerous charges, including assault and battery.
Chaves also walked out of his court hearing on Monday and lunged at a news photographer while a woman tried to hold him back. He then kicked at the photographer and actually hit another one.
