Twenty-three sets of twins have graduated from a Massachusetts middle school, making up about 10% of the eighth-grade class.
The identical and fraternal twins graduated from Pollard Middle School in Needham, Massachusetts, on Wednesday. Another student, who is also a twin, graduated but her brother attends a different school, said principal Tamatha Bibbo.
I am a twin and my mom found out that I was here, when the doctor said "Hey here's another one". I never got along with my twin brother very well. I have not seen him in 6-8 years. We are not angry with each other, we just have different lives.
When my twin sister and I were in grade school, we were one of seven sets of twins in that school. The local paper did a story about it (yes, small town).

Fertility drugs often lead to multiple births. Though they would be fraternal twins, not identical.

Wow.
I should note that that was in 1956, so it's doubtful that fertility drugs were responsible.
