Supreme Court makes shock ruling on obstruction charges for January 6 rioters that will affect Trump

The Supreme Court ruled that there are limits on charging January 6 rioters with  obstruction, in a case that will impact former President Trump's 2020 federal election interference case.

The 6-3 decision could upend hundreds of cases stemming from the January 6 riot, including Donald Trump's election fraud trial.

    When I see people being released OR, then I'll believe this ruling has merit. How many in the gulags? 1500+ and some have died, and just for walking into a public building demanding accountability for the election.
    Garland and his effingbi henchmen need to be dropped in a very dark pit for this.

    I've been trying to find out out how long it will be before they start reviewing cases and letting people out of jail. It goddamn well better be soon.

    Considering all the leftist thugs and felons they never bothered to charge when they violated the Capitol, none of the J6'ers should never been charged or even arrested.
