  1. Don't get too gleeful. The Dems are like little undisciplined brats. They’re obsessed neurotic shits who won't take no for an answer and won’t give up. They'll go the Massachusetts route and ban all semi auto rifles and handguns with detachable magazines. There object is to destroy their enemies by any and all means necessary, no matter how illogical the means are. So, what's left Pump shotguns and revolvers?

  2. The best thing that I saw in the link was that the state has to pay the legal fees of the FPC. It is expensive to bring these kinds of cases, and getting reimbursed gives the group more money to fight other tyrannical enactments.

    1. The NJ state government doesn't give a shit how much they have to pay FPC; it's not coming out of their pocket.
NJ will follow NY's lead and instead of having to show a "justifiable need", you'll have to "demonstrate good moral character".
That is, if they don't ignore the ruling completely.

  3. So ultimately, the states and federal governments piss our tax money away fighting to take our rights away. Doesn’t seem quite fair, does it. Eod1sg Ret
