Where I live, they just built a 3 storey medical centre/office thing to replace the building next door. On the third floor, someone oblivious person put some kind of break area, right at the full height front windows, with a permanent narrow countertop right in front of the window. Nice view of the city from the office, and the first time I went there, a nice 'view' from the street, as in no modesty panels under the counter.
