A police lieutenant in South Carolina was demoted and put on six months of probation after he was caught using city cameras to spy on his wife who he suspected was having an affair.
Former Lt. Ryan Terrell allegedly admitted to using Verkada security cameras owned by the City of North Charleston in an attempt to catch his wife cheating on him, WCSC reported.
She wouldn't have left him, but he was so fucking cheap....
ReplyDeleteOnly demoted? In South Carolina, spying is a misdemeanor, if convicted liable for up to $500 fine and three years incarceration.
ReplyDeleteProbably punished for misuse of resources, not spying.
DeleteThat might be the best use I can think of for those fucking cameras.
