An Italian man has turned himself in to police after decapitating his brother and tossing his head over a balcony following a vicious argument.
The man, named locally as 59-year-old Benito, got into a bitter feud with his brother, 65-year-old Annibale, in their home in Pannarano, a small town around 25 miles outside of Naples, last night.
