GALVESTON, Texas (KTRK) -- Galveston police accuse a lineman working to repair power on the island after Hurricane Beryl of attacking a fellow utility worker found with critical head and face injuries.
I saw another attack that was reported in shit hole Houston. Locals beating up the linemen. One guy was on X and swore that they would never come back.
Working under stress can bring some folks to the breaking point.
