"SUCK ON THIS, YOU DUMB BITCH!!!"

A 56-year-old man was arrested after being accused of exposing his genitals after a road rage incident in Leesburg on Sunday afternoon.

Deputies said they responded to a road rage and indecent exposure call around 3:09 p.m.
