Your Tuesday Morning Florida Report

A Publix in Palm Bay was evacuated and 20 people were treated after a “bug bomb” activated when it was dropped inside the supermarket, fire officials said.

The strange incident happened Monday morning at the Publix on Babcock Street near Palm Bay Road.

  2. I don't have a Publix near me so I'm not sure how big they are, someone once told me they are huge warehouse type of store like a Sam's store..... If so how many cans went active to evacuate a huge store

    1. Publix is a regular supermarket, not a big box store. They’re fairly high quality and their deli is really good, but definitely not like a Costco or Sam’s.
