"Don't you know there's starving children in China, bitch?"

VERO BEACH, Fla. (CBS12) — A woman already locked up at the Indian River County jail was arrested again Monday after allegedly trying to force her cellmate to eat a sandwich from the floor.

Surveillance video shows the suspect, Tony Gallagher, naked in her cell around 1 p.m. when she grabbed the sandwich off the floor and apparently tried to get the other woman to eat it, the arrest affidavit explained.
