kind of telling how different work crews work. around here in the hills of pa, most of the crew is doing something. yesterday was in downtown Pittsburg and saw that 3/4 of the "work crews" where sitting around staring at their phones. funny now, isn't it ? BTW, traffic sucks there too and it was no where near "rush hour" either. dave in pa.
