MAGOFFIN COUNTY, Ky. (WSAZ) - A man has been indicted by a grand jury and is awaiting arraignment after being accused of getting into a fight with his girlfriend over a toaster pastry.
Troopers with Kentucky State Police say when they first talked with the victim at a hospital on Feb. 18, she was bruised, scraped, and bleeding.
