“Tennessee judge blocks release of trans school shooter Audrey Hale’s manifesto, writings—cites copyright claims of victims’ families,” The Post Millennial reported Friday. “What has been leaked to the public shows that Hale had fantasies of killing her family and shared this information with a therapist.”
“Hale’s family claimed they assigned (parents from the Covenant School, the Covenant School, and the Covenant Presbyterian Church) the copyright of her written materials,” the report notes. And they don’t want them released.
Probably because she/he/it talked about the TLA agents winding she/he/it up.
ReplyDeleteIn a situation like this most people will allow emotional reacting to cancel out common sense logic. I may not agree, but as a parent myself I can understand the parents’ choice. The evil ones are the federal & state authorities who used the parents of the victim's emotions, but that’s the way people who believe in using any and all means to destroy their enemies roll.
ReplyDeleteSeems like fair use would come into play here?
ReplyDeleteI'd like to know just how exactly the victims are able to make copyright claims about something none of them wrote?
ReplyDeleteArguing "Copyright" is a very strange claim when it's a primary piece of evidence in an investigation. So if there was somehow a trial, would the prosecution not be allowed to enter it into evidence?
ReplyDeleteI guess the powers in charge have learned that the killings were all Trump's fault so they did not want to add to their 7*24 pushing of hatred by keeping this a secret.

WTF, so perverts have a higher status than children? CPO Greg
ReplyDeleteSince the parents of the victims are the ones trying to block it, I'm assuming that it rants against the dead kids. The TLAs that groomed and armed the shooter probably are not mentioned in the manifesto.
