Toddler accidentally served wine, deemed too drunk to drive

SALINAS, Calif. (KSBW) - A northern California couple is warning parents to check their toddler’s drinks when dining out.

The family said their toddler was mistakenly served alcohol at a restaurant, leading to a trip to the emergency room.

In fact, they said he had a blood alcohol of 0.12, well above the legal limit to drive.

    There's no way a 2 year can see past the steering wheel much less touch the gas and brake pedals to drive.

    We used to give the little rugrats a good slug of cheap table wine on a Saturday night just to get them settled down before the REAL party got started.
