Bang bang, you're suspended

Is it a harmless gesture, or a serious threat?

One East Tennessee high school student found out the hard way pointing a finger gun is loaded with consequences, thanks to two new state laws aimed at cracking down on school threats.

According to law enforcement, the student was caught on camera “reaching into the front of his waistband and acting like he was pulling out a firearm and shooting toward the front of the bus at middle/elementary students who were singing/chanting an ABC song,” the incident report said.

  1. This has happened to me. Fortunately I didn’t have a firearm on me at the time.

  2. I thought Tennessee was a constitutional carry state. I guess I'm wrong.

True justice requires the punishment fit the crime. I think one good whack with a ruler on the offending finger would be appropriate.

Finally, Mom should find a school where the staff is normal people, if that's possible anymore.

  5. I dunno. Who hasn't chased their brothers around the house shouting "BANG" and making handgun gestures? IMHO this is just another demonization of normal culture. Kids play games. Kids pretend to be knights, cowboys, and astronauts. How can you be a cowboy without a gun?

To claim this is a hate crime, violence, etc. is just another sick lie by the libtard anti-white racists. It's anti-christian, and another excuse to oppress normal people.

  6. How did this become law in TN with a Republican Legislature and Governor? Did the Rino's and the Dims combine to force this absurdity upon TN? This law sounds more like CA than TN.

  7. In the sixth grade in the mid 70s I shot most of my English class from the back of the room with my finger gun. The teacher saw me and thought it was adorable.

    1. Who didn't? The difference between us and them is that we understood the difference between a finger and a barrel. This is what happens when there have been no consequences but only timeout's.
