Her shooting the pistol isn't the problem. It's only a 9 so, almost no recoil. The problem is if he opens up with that SBR the muzzle blast is going to do some serious damage.
Quit tripping. She's probably shooting a women's round like a 9mm, not a 454 Casull. It's not going to recoil hard enough to drive that gun back 12 inches.
And it's a glock. Or looks like one. Can't argue the reliability but the grip angle is off enough that if I don't concentrate I'm shooting high. John Browning got it right. Backwoods Okie

John the River - Anonymous commenters are my pet peeve. It's hard to follow the thread whenever there's 15 anonymous commenters. Somebody will take 2 minutes to type out a comment but can't be bothered to take 2 seconds to sign a screen name at the bottom. Fuuuck.....
Guilty ! I’ll take the two extra seconds in the future. It does get confusing when I’m actually trying to follow the conversation. Some comments are better left unattributed though. VC
