According to the US Geological Survey there are 67 populated places in the US with the name Springfield. I think you are refering to Springfield Ohio where the Haitians are.
No, but Springfield, MO has its own existing demographic problems, I'll give you three guesses what kind. Haitians would be worse, but only by a matter of degree.
